Outlook 2013 crash after applying KB4461594

Hi all,

I've been trying to find a way to let Microsoft know there could be a bug in one of their patches.
It seems way to difficult to find a direction to mention it. So I will post it here.

In our enviroment (Windows 10, 1709 enterprise - Exchange 2010 - Office 2013) we noticed strange outlook 2013 crashes the last month.
It happened when users tried to open certain email messages.
After analyzing it seems that it where all RTF formed messages. Within it manual altered signatures. Tables, hyperlinks, embeded images etc.

I didn't find the exact thing which caused this. I've been altering the RTF code but without succes to point to the error.
That would be great to find a solution.
I've tested several patch levels of Outlook to see if that matters.
Well, it doesn't. So i've tried every Windows update we've gto from December 2018.
When uninstalling KB4461594 (security update for Word 2013 from 8 january 2019)the problem went away.
And the other way when installing KB4461594 the problem is there again.
