Outlook 2013 and 2016 Prevent User from hidding the ribbon and folder pane

Does anyone know of a way to prevent hiding the Outlook Ribbon and the Folder Pane? I like billing for support calls but helping users fix issue where they can't find their ribbon or lost their folder pane again and need help turning it on is silly. I would like to just lock their display settings down so they can't mess it up. These are older people that do not have the best of vision nor are they very computer savory. Making Outlook a fixed view would be a huge help to them and me. These hide options I suppose are great when you a sales rep working on a 13" display however it is terrible for users when they have a large desktop display and don't need to hide these things. I do even remember myself when I first went to Outlook 2013 from 2003 and being very frustrated with these import parts of Outlook hiding on me.
