I am using Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 Pro.
I have set my Inbox to group messages by follow up flag. I get one group named "Follow up" and two groups named "(none)".
It appears that the first (none) group is messages that have been flagged and cleared. The second (none) group has never been flagged. I just tested this by flagging and clearing a message from the second group. It moved to the first group.
There may be other reasons for these two groups as well, but this checked out.
Is there something I can do to get all unflagged messages into the same group, i.e. only have one (none) group?
Thanks,
