Outlook 2010: week calendar view starts at midnight, won't change to 8am

I can't figure out how to make my Outlook 2010 calendar view start at 8am instead of midnight. It's showing me midnight to 10pm and I just need it to show me my work hours. When I do options > calendar, the time is set correctly in the work hours section, but it's still showing me that 24 hour view.
