I have a W7 SP1 PC with Outlook 2010 as well as other setups! This one has suffered and ended up with 2 datafiles (pst) open and running concurrently, the result being a mix up of contacts, notes, calendar and email. Email was being received in one account and had to select from the Address Book drop down every time to choose the contacts option for the right contacts list.
The calendar has ended up with others apart from the one which I want to use. Notes have ended up with 2 disfferent sets.
So I would like to be able to merge them altogether with out duplication and 'tidy up' so I have one live calendar, one set of Outlook Notes, one live mailbox, etc.
Email is via a Hotmail/Outlook.com account.
Hope someone can help me untangle it all!
