Good morning,
Here in the company mail server using Exchange 2003 with SP1 and Outlooks are 2003 and 2007. In 2007 we started having a problem because users simply install the "next, next, next, finish" and, thus, Outlook captures information from the mail server and configures the network to send / receive email through Outlook using the Exchange protocol.
My question is: Is it possible that Outlook 2007 stop capture this information from the mail server? Or you can lock the Outlook 2007 to give error when installing "next, next, next, finish"?
I'm having problems because the policy is that email is at the user's machine and they are responsible for it.
I thank the attention.Vinicius Deschamps
