Out of memory issue.

Hi,I kept getting a blue screen with out of memory message. Reinstalled windows with a new key. Now my browsers always crash with out of memory errors. I did a scan through powershell. It found corrupted files in the system but can't fix them. Can anybody please help me to fix this?
