Other People taking up storage, nobody else uses my device. How do I delete it?

I'm trying to clear storage on my laptop, and 20GB of storage is being taken up by 'Other People'. When I click the link to manage other people, all that comes up is the option to add other people or accounts. There is no way for me to delete the 20GB that is being used and all the other advice on this topic is for people who actually have other accounts on their devices, so I'm very confused. Does anyone know how to help me?
