and a reply?

Short answer: Either the OP marks a reply as an/the Answer (not always

appropriately) or a Moderator does so if the OP never returns to the thread.

Thanks for the "answer." ;-)



Still, it's confusing and unnecessatily repetitious. I would rather see

the Correct Answer marked with a big "A" or "C" or something like that

rather than having all the correct responses repeated. I wonder why MS

thought this was a good way to do things. Also there could be a

hyperlink that shows either all the responses or only the correct ones.

But having them repeat is just plain weird IMO.
