Organization policies blocking a non AADJ device.

We are currently facing an urgent issue with our network access. When attempting to access resources on our company network, we are met with a login screen. Our usual login credentials, which work for our computers, are no longer effective. The network folder we are trying to access is not on a device connected to a Domain Controller; our AD is through the cloud. The computer hosting the folder is a standard Windows 10 Pro machine with no network settings modifications.It's a bit of a puzzle, as only certain people in the office can access it while everyone else is getting locked out.
