I ordered a Surface laptop and I was eagerly waiting to receive it. However, UPS didn't deliver it and moreover they just marked it as "delivered" in the tracking. I tried to follow up with UPS and I wasn't given a lot of information as I'm not the sender. I contacted Microsoft's customer service and raised my complaint. Customer service is so ignorant and only "escalation team" can handle this issue. Whenever I try to follow up, I'm simply given a response to be patient and to wait "x" number of days. The count on days keeps on changing as per the mood of the agent who picks up the call. I ca
