Optional Update Issues

I checked for optional updates and found several updates available.I understand that installing these updates is not mandatory, but I have a few questions.For example, I don't have an Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor, but Windows Update is offering that as an optional update.Are there any recommended updates I should install? Also, is it normal for Xeon processor updates to be suggested?I'm concerned about potential issues with my PC, so I'd really appreciate some expert advice.Thank you.------------Windows11-24H2Intel i7-10750H CPU
