OPERATING SYSTEM SELECTION LOOP

Hi there,I’m a student who recently purchased a refurbished PC. Before resetting the computer, I selected the option to keep the pre-installed Windows. However, after the reset, I encountered an issue.The system now presents a screen saying “Choose an Operating System”, with two identical options:Windows 10 on Volume 3Windows 10 on Volume 3When I select the first option, the screen briefly goes black but returns to the same “Choose an Operating System” screen. The same happens when I select the second option.I’m unsure how to proceed, and I’d appreciate any help to resolve this issue.Thank you
