I have an error that popped up today for the first time, my system has been working fine other than a degraded outlook registry that I had completed a fix on yesterday. The fix was simply removing a profile and adding a new profile which didn't affect the system.

When this error occurs I am opening Adobe After Effects that requires the use of the opencl.dll system file to run. This turned to a blue error screen with an error code (which I cannot remember off hand). I've completed a SFC scan noting that the only error is a corrupt opencl.dll file, see the error below:

I have attempted to find solutions but all solutions that I have seen posted on approximately 20 pages have not worked and it sounds like this is a mismatch due to Microsoft overwriting a dll that was placed by nvidia (as Nvidia is my graphics card that the file can be installed by and may have been initially installed by Nvidia).

This issue has rendered my computer useless for anything other than internet surfing... and this is a gaming laptop so I am utterly frustrated and would like to know if anyone has a solution that may work or has worked from them in this circumstance. Please let me know if you need more information on my system to help.
