Only Home when upgrading Win 8.1 Pro with Media Center notebook to Windows 10

I would like to upgrade my notebook to Windows 10 (it lacks TPM2, so no Win 11)It was bought with Windows 8 Home preinstalled, I've bought Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center electronically.Now if I try to upgrade, the upgrade program claims it's not possible. If I install on an empty hard disk, I get only Windows 10 Home.I don't want to pay an upgrade to 10 Pro as I've paid Pro with Media Center directly to Microsoft.It's a notebook, so hardware, except for the hard disk, was never changed.How can I then upgrade the notebook to Windows 10 Pro?Thank you.
