Only F5, F6 and F10

[Windows 11]

I have a 65% keyboard so i need to hold FN key for some keys to work and every key on it works fine but all function keys don't work except F5, F6 and F10 and I can't also change backlight with holding FN + delete and home also I can't factory reset it because i need to hold FN + TAB but this combination aslo doesn't work This all happend after reinstalling windows 11(It works fine on other devices)
