Only discord notifications are not showing banners.

I saw an old thread suggesting a clean boot to find out why Discord notifications aren't showing banners. After troubleshooting, I discovered that the issue is related to the Nvidia LocalSystem container. However, when I turned it off, GeForce Experience stopped working.Everything was working fine until about a month ago. How can I fix this issue so that Discord notifications show banners, while keeping GeForce Experience working as well?
