OneDrive sync issue when moving icons for shortcuts on my desktop

I have a Windows 11 laptop using OneDrive. When I install or update programs, the install process frequently puts an icon on my desktop that is a link to launch the program. After install, I move most of the icons to a folder on my desktop. When I move the icons, I get a message/notification from my OneDrive icon in my taskbar saying that there are sync issues in OneDrive.When I look at the permissions in the file, I have admin permissions.
