OneDrive Sync causes games/programs to be minimized at the same time every day.

Hello, I've had this program for forever now and have never been able to find a solution. Every day, around 11pm or so (there's an exact time that it happens every time but I forget), my OneDrive syncs. This is fine, I want OneDrive to sync, but what I don't want is Windows minimizing whatever full-screen application I'm using whenever this automatic sync occurs. I'll be playing a game, and at whatever time, I'll have my game minimized and see that both my OneDrive accounts are syncing.
