Onedrive sign in screen malfunction

I am currently having problems in signing into my onedrive account. This is due to the sign in screen not working. When I open the onedrive button on my task bar, I get a small white pop-up that doesn't react, and when I try loging in from my setting screen, I also get a malfunctioning login screen. (Its also a small completely white screen that doesn't react to anything) I tried turning off my anti-virus softwares and tried restarting my computer but both did not work.
