OneDrive recent sequence of strange/concerning behaviors

This is about OneDrive, but I don't see it as an available category. I assume OneDrive is just considered part of Windows?In the past couple weeks, OneDrive has done a series of strange and alarming things I don't recall it ever doing before in many years of use. My apologies for the length of this post, but a lot of weird things have happened in a short time. I've numbered events below in order of strange occurrence.
