OneDrive recent app activity on a more or less daily basis, even though I don't have it installed?

I just went through my privacy settings due to some concerns, and found out that there is reported activity for almost every day for the past year.I do not have OneDrive installed on my connected device. In fact, I have removed it completely through powershell and services, after installing Windows. (And I do not update Windows, only the security updates through command prompt.)Does anyone know what this activity might be and if there's a way of turning it off? I'm not asking about the deletion of previous data - I would like to prevent further similar activities. It's creeping me out a bit, s
