OneDrive Privacy Confidentiality Bug(s)

(1) Accessing OneDrive (business) and clicking on "HOME" reveals a list of recently accessed files with THUMBNAILS of sensitive documents, graphics, etc. We cannot stop it from producing these thumbnails and selecting "REMOVE FROM FOR YOU" just keeps populating with older thumbnails. I've tried Microsoft support but they had no solution or workaround.(2) I realized that while accessing OneDrive through a browser I can "SIGN OUT". But then I can get back in to ALL files simply by selecting an account. NO PASSWORD required. This is both MS Edge and Google Chrome. This is after completely clearin
