OneDrive personal keep crashing after upgrading to Windows 11 24H2

I have both OneDrive personal and business installed on the same machine. After upgrading to Windows 11 24H2, OneDrive personal keep crashing and restart itself while OneDrive for Business runs ok without any issue.I debug the crash with Windbg and found that OneDrive calls "WTSAPI32!WTSQuerySessionInformationW" and this API throw unhandled exception.
