OneDrive & Old MS Account

I have elected to use OneDrive to backup the files/folders on my desktop, yet I must admit I am confused on accessing it from Windows Explorer, especially from my Surface Laptop 5. I used to use my laptop for work while with a company with a separate MS account. When I left the company, I used SetupProd_OffScrub.exe to get rid of any association with that account. Then I used my personal MS account to install Office 365. However, what I see in Windows Explorer is 2 OneDrive folders AND a OneDrive folder under C:\Users/Myname.
