OneDrive Not Allowing Sign-in

I reinstalled Windows on one of my computers today because I had some corrupt system files (at least, that is what I suspect, since I was seeing shell errors and such errors as SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on the standard blue screen with the frowning face on it. It was so bad, in fact, that, even when I initially attempted to reinstall the operating system, I was still seeing such screens, except that they were black instead of blue.
