OneDrive, multiple spontaneous copies of files, thousands spontaneously need admin permission, many reappear after deletion

Hi,I have had multpile problems on one of my computers with OneDrive.Thousands and thousands of files have spontaneously copied themselves, not just once, but multiple times.23,000 files cannot sync because they have spontaneously changed to need Admin permission.If I delete copies, they often spontaneously reappear.I have reset, unlinked, unistalled, reinstalled OneDrive several times and the problem is no better, in fact it has become worse.Is there a solution to this please?
