OneDrive has been uninstalled, File Manager still points to OneDrive location for Documents

For various reasons, we have decided we prefer to store our document files locally. System is Windows 10.The File Manager tree node "Desktop -> This PC -> Documents" has the property location of "C:\Users\philfrei\OneDrive\Documents". I have created a file folder "C:\User\philfrei\Documents" which has copies of all the OneDrive\Document files in it. When I try to edit the location property to the local folder, I get the following error message:"Can't move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can't be redirected.
