Onedrive files not syncing

Hello! I have an issue with Onedrive that when I edit and save a file, the first time does it all right, but the second time it doesn't save the changes in the file explorer but it does via web. The sync is not paused and it does not give any errors, just doesn't do it. The cloud icon is normal and it says all is synchronized.I've tried to restart and reset the app, clear the cache, unlinking the account, even reinstalling the app and the issue still persist.Please help me solve this problem.
