Onedrive files after reinstall?

Hello,I have a Windows 11 home device. My concern is around files lost after a reinstall.I reinstalled Windows to the factory settings (I think) about 8 months ago. Prior to doing this, I am not sure whether Onedrive was set to sync my files to the cloud or not. I am also not sure which account I used to log into Windows on that device, as I logged in with a PIN for years.I didn't use the device for about 8 months.
