Onedrive deleted all my pictures.

Hi i have a bit of trouble! Long story short, i have been switching phones recently, all the pictures of my old phone i transfered to my computer, for some reason it automaticaly transfered to onedrive which i did not want. So now my onedrive is saying i have to clean out or upgrade for more space. I only wanted the pictrues on my computer harddrive so i copy the whole map to my computer. Now in my head i belive that i have two folders, one on onedrive and one on my computer (since i copied it), and then i delete all of the onedrive files permanently and it also deleted them on my computer.
