One of my SSD goes 100% usage

Sometimes when i turn on my pc, sometimes when i use my pc, sometimes when it idle, my 2nd SSD goes 100% usage. there is no bluescreen, just every app/program that is in that disk won't run. and when it happens when i use the pc, the program just freezes.i tried reinstalling windows, but it comes back again.Usually i just leave it until it returns to normali have tried disabling MSIsupport and changing virtual memoryi have tried this also Disk activity on SSD spikes to 100% and freezes at random times : r/techsupport (reddit.com)
