One Drive

I purchased a yearly plan to One Drive several years ago. I get charged for it every year, but I cannot access it because my aol account associated with it I cannot access either. My aol account asks me if I'm really me - after I jump through an outrageous myriad of hoops (password, captcha, etc.) It then wants to send me a code to a gmail account that wants to send me a code to my aol account. This is crazy. How can I rectify this?
