One drive not working

My onedrive is not working. I tried syncing it, but it keeps telling me to try again and disappears after. And every time I try to get support on here, I only get one response and it never helps. When I try to call to get a representative on the line, it just auto disconnects me to here. Extremely frustrating and unhelpful
