one day i turned on my pc as usual but then more then half of my shortcuts on my desktop stopped working and they have no icon/ have .url at the end?

i've had weird issues with this pc before but never this.the issue is mainly only with apps that run through things like steam, epic games launcher, ea launcher, etc, but things like roblox and google chrome are fine????ngl should i get a new SSD??
