One Cloud says 'document folder' is too big to save

Hi There, Pls could someone help me. My folks pc is old and I would like to save everything to Microsoft one drive. They will be replacing the pcy in the new year. I keep on getting 'document folder' too large (8.1KG error msg) when I try to save to one drive. I have deleted and saved docs/picts etc onto flash drives and made sure that only Microsoft and basics are on the desktop. I Does anyone know what I must do... My folks are pensioners and don't want to have to buy more storage space on one drive. Appreciate your kind assistance. RegardsAngrela
