Once i update the windows it lost its activation now its saying the license has been used in another device. how can i troubleshoot?

My laptop license was initially windows 11 home and upgraded to windows 11 pro by my company. once i applied updates and restarted the license key is gone i have tried manually put the license key but it saying its has been used in another computer . what should i do to troubleshoot it
