On Windows 10 or 11 Computer that are Azure joined when I log in for the first time I am told the computer will reboot in 10 minutes what would cause

On Windows 10 or 11 Computer that are Azure joined when I log in for the first time I am told the computer will reboot in 10 minutes then after the reboot I login and am fine, however after logging out and someone else logs in they experience the same thing. My problem is once I go to log in to the same computer it again tells me that the computer will reboot in 10 minutes again. I am assuming this has something to do with inTune and the computer seeing whoever logs in as a new user, but don't know what setting on the computer or within inTune would need changed to fix this.
