On Windows 10, I'm getting this error: mp4.exe - Sytem Error The code execution cannot proceed because proceed because CrashHandlerInitializer.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.I searched the drive for that filename but it wasn't found. I searched the registry and found one instance, which I deleted. The error is still happening. Any suggestions?
