on the task bar

i have a question about the task bar? it normally resides at the bottom of my screen, i would like to relocate it to the top of my screen and i cant seem to be able to do that can anyone please help or provide direction? thank you

the taskbar is fixed at the bottom of the screen, and there are no built-in options to relocate it to the top, right, or left sides of the screen
