I am trying to connect my daughter's new laptop to the Family Safety App. I was able to use the Link Windows app and I was successful. Her phone is on her laptop. She can send messages and do all the functions on her laptop. I downloaded the Family Safety App on both of our phones, it took a while to link her account with mine, but I was able to do it. Now I have linked her computer with her phone, but on the Family Safety app it says her Windows 10 is not connected, even though her account is registered under my account everywhere.
