on my laptop display (my laptop having the touch display )from left bottom corner black light is blinking , What should i do to resolve the issue

my laptop is having issue in my display and my laptop is having touch display. from the left bottom corner a black light is blinking up to the top and the light is covering one fifth of display. what should i do to resolve the problem ?
