On January 5th my computer slowed down abruptly. Details in the post below.

Ever since the morning of January 5th my computer has slowed down. I have done several things to try to fix the issue but none of them worked. I have tried:Downloading the latest drivers for my computer (Acer Spin 314-51)Scanning for malware on my computer with a complete scan with Windows Defender (it turned out negative)Going back to Windows 10 from Windows 11. When that did not work I restarted my computer using the "Restart your PC" function.I only have 2 applications as of now so that is not the problem (with an i5 8th gen CPU and 8Gb of RAM I can manage).I do not know what to do; please
