Old Games Start Up - Black Screen, tries to open in between dual monitor, game crash, game stopped

To try to put it easily:When i try to open a game (most often an old game maybe running at 32 bit) with a dual monitor set-up one screen goes black as if its about to open, flickers white, nothing happens, the dual monitors flicker and every window is pulled in between both monitors, the game doesnt even start, the black screen goes away and the game does nothing and minimises itself. Trying to open the game again from the toolbar makes it happen again. The only way to get rid of the game is to force close it using CTRL+ALT+DEL.Below is a small video of what happens:https://www.dropbox.com/scl
