ok so my old laptop (win 10) im trying to update to 10 2h22 ver but its stuck at 0%.

ive looked at all the articles and i installed the helpe for win 10. i plugged and external storage with 12 gb and i need 11 gb so im good but on my main storage i have 4 gb free space and i need 8. so i tried to delete my apps and stuff roblox, spotify, roblox studio, but hey won unninstall!!! pls help
