Oin has stopped working!!!!

I just did the free upgrade to Windows 11 and it worked fine! SUDDENLY ... after a reboot ... I am told my PIN IS NO LONGER ACCESSIBLE!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!! ALL MY WORK DEPENDS ON GETTING THIS FIXED!!!!
