Office Universal Apps from a Microsoft 365 Account rather than a Microsoft Account

I have a personal Microsoft Account that does not have Office 365, and a school account through my college that includes Office 365 but is a Microsoft 365 Account. I also have a Surface Laptop Studio that I want the improved performance of the universal apps when using the touch screen with the surface slim pen 2, as I have found with features such as draw to math in OneNote for Windows 10.When installing the desktop version of Office apps, I can sign in using my school account just fine and it works flawlessly.I cannot figure out a way to download the Universal Apps version to my laptop as th
