Microsoft Office Document Image Writer is my default printer. I use it to

print receipts from Internet purchases, make copies of medical documents,

copies of financial transactions, etc. I've never had trouble.

Today, I tried to print a record from Walgreens site and it didn't work. It

acted like it did - I hit 'print,' it popped up, hit 'print' again, gave it a

name and it acted like it went (although it didnt show me the doc afterward,

but even though I have that checked it never shows me anyway). When I went

to open it, it wasn't in my documents folder. I thought maybe I saved it

into the wrong folder so I tried it again, but it did show the correct

folder. I printed it again and it did not tell me that it already existed,

so I thought that was strange. Again, it didn't print. I checked all of the

settings and tried again. I don't know what is going on. It's acting like

everything is fine, but it's not actually printing.

I have used this for years, for everything. It has never mattered how large

the document is, it works great. Or it used to. Please help because I rely

heavily on this. Thanks.

Some web sites are squirrely; I've never pinned down the exact cause, but they

cause one of my printers to spew reams of gibberish.

If you want a record of whatever's there, you could make a screenshot then paste

it into some other app and print from there, or just save the page as an MHT

that you can view in your browser.
