Office 365 Punctuation not working

--- Computer Information --- Model: Dell OptiPlex 5080 Current OS: Windows 10 22H2 --- Issue --- I have a user who is having an issue with his dictation function in Outlook and Word. When he says "comma", the software transcribes the word "comma" instead of inserting the punctuation ",". --- Current Troubleshooting steps ---I tried looking into the settings for the dictation and we tried turning auto punctuation on and off but both still show the word comma. I then looked to some articles and tried turning on Speech Recognition but it still did not help. I then ran a SFC /scannow then reboote
