office 365 outlook properties function disappeared from email folders

i have a new surface pro and from my old pc i have reinstalled office 365 outlookmy old pc with the same office 365 outlook i had option to right mouse on the email folders and click properties then use auto archive to action each email folderthis is very useful for junk and other folders this option is not showing in the reinstallation of office 365 outlook i would greatly appreciate some direction on how to correct this function
